I can't praise the staff at this hotel any higher. We arrived to find our holiday company had cancelled our stay without our knowing so my wife and 6 year old daughter were understandably upset but the manager and receptionist calmed them both down sorted our room for the night until we could sort the reservation out and opened the food hall so we could eat and get a much needed drink. The hotel is situated in the most amazing place atop a cliff with panoramic sea views everywhere you go. The food was great and plentiful. The entertainment was amazing every night and the table service in front of stage was a real breath of fresh air. All the pools were brilliant and constantly cleaned by the lifeguards and staff throughout the day. The kids pool and kids club were really enjoyed by our 6 year old daughter and the staff really made her feel welcome especially with her being the only English girl. Covid controls were amazing. overall amazing holiday we shall be rebooking for next year!

Superb stay, fantastic holiday from day one. When we travel we usually go sightseeing but this place is so great with plenty of attractions and things to do. Great thanks to Pete, Christina and all other animators who made our stay very enjoyable!!!

Hemos visitado varias veces El Resort y estan mejorando Cada vez Mas. Se nota su interes de atendernos muy Bien.
