  • Is there free Wi-Fi in the hotel?
    Yes, throughout the hotel. When you arrive, our reception staff will show you how to connect in just a few easy steps. 
  • Are adjoining rooms available in the hotel?
    Although we do not have adjoining rooms, if you are travelling in a group or as a family, our Booking team will do their utmost to book your rooms as close together as possible.
  • Can we choose our own room or the part of the hotel we would like to stay in?
    Yes, but always subject to availability. Our Reception team will be delighted to help you.
  • Do you provide room service?
    Yes. For an extra charge, you can enjoy our best cuisine in the privacy of your room. Fancy breakfast in bed or a romantic dinner? Just speak to Reception. 
  • When can I check in?
    You can check in from 2:00pm. However, if you arrive earlier than that, don’t worry! You can leave your belongings in the locker room and begin to enjoy our facilities.
  • Is a late check-out possible?
    Yes, although this is always subject to the resort’s availability at that moment. For more information, please enquire at reception. You can ask for a late check-out up to 4pm or even 6pm, depending on availability. This service involves an extra charge. Please ask at reception; availability will be confirmed the day before your departure.
  • Can we change money in the hotel?
    Yes, you can change money in the reception area without any problems.
  • What cards are accepted in the hotel?
    At Blau Punta Reina we accept several types of cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Is there an ATM in the hotel?
    No, but there is one just opposite the resort, within easy walking distance. 
  • Can we hire a bike at the hotel?
    Yes. Blau Punta Reina has a bike hire service so you can explore the area at your own pace. And if you are a cycling enthusiast, you can bring your own bike, as the resort has a cycle station.
  • Does the hotel offer an All-Inclusive package?
    Yes. At Blau Punta Reina you can enjoy All-Inclusive throughout your entire holiday. Delicious buffet breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, ice cream, beverages, and much more. Our most complete accommodation package.
  • Which restaurants are included in the All-Inclusive package?
    Blau Punta Reina has 3 restaurants and 4 bars. You can enjoy the All-Inclusive service in all of them, although in the case of the Xaloc restaurant, only dinners are included. The only exception is premium brand alcoholic beverages. However, although they are not included, All-Inclusive guests receive a special discount.
  • Are snacks available throughout the day?
    Yes. There will always be something tasty waiting for you in the Voramar Restaurant (during breakfast, lunch and dinner opening hours) and at the La Torre Cafeteria (from 10:30am to 6:30pm, approx.).
  • Is food available for people with allergies or special dietary requirements?
    On arrival, simply inform our reception staff of your needs, and our kitchen staff will prepare alternatives adapted to your specific dietary requirements. Vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are also available.
  • Can I book a table in a restaurant in advance?
    There is no need to book tables in the Blau Punta Reina restaurants on arrival.
  • Are there activities for children every day?
    The youngest members of the family are the most important guests at Blau Punta Reina! They can enjoy an exclusive Splash Park with pools with several slides, a pirate ship, Mini Club and Teens Club, dances, songs, creative workshops, and family games in the evening.
  • Does the hotel offer menus for babies?
    Yes, don’t hesitate to ask for special purées or baby-friendly fruit if you need it. Our team will be delighted to assist you with menus adapted for young children.
  • What type of entertainment does the hotel provide?
    There's always something to do and lots of fun to be had at Blau Punta Reina. Our entertainment team prepares fun and inclusive activities every day for different ages, always with the family in mind.
  • What sort of shows does the hotel put on?
    Different types: from more visual shows to dances, musicals, children’s shows…
  • Are there any discos and bars near to the hotel?
    Cala Mendia is a very peaceful coastal area. Although there are a few restaurants and bars nearby, if you want to ‘paint the town red’, it’s best to head to Porto Cristo, just a few minutes’ drive from the resort.
  • What beaches are near to the hotel?
    Blau Punta Reina is located on the east coast of Mallorca, between two coves: Cala Mandia and Cala Romántica. Both are accessible on foot from the hotel and have gently sloping sands and small waves, ideal for a leisurely swim.
  • What can we do near to the hotel?
    As well as these spectacular coves, near the hotel you can explore the Drach Caves or the Hams Caves, visit the Rafa Nadal Museum, or stroll through the streets of charming villages such as Capdepera or Artà.
  • What is the spa at the Blau Punta Reina like?
    Our spa offers a complete hydrotherapy circuit. Its facilities include: 4 Jacuzzis, 4 hydro massage and polychromatic showers; 2 showers and 2 saunas, a cold water pool and an ice machine for contrasts, a Roman bath, a Turkish bath and a relaxation area. In collaboration with Sanagua, there is also a beauty centre with hairdressing and manicure and pedicure treatments.
  • Can children enter the spa?
    Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult, and only to certain areas and at certain times.
  • What special treatments are available?
    Our personalised beauty treatments and massages are provided by a specialised external company: Sanagua. Their highly qualified professional team uses only 100% natural products, made in Mallorca.
  • Can I enjoy the hotel’s facilities if I am not a guest?
    Yes, of course! Our exclusive Day Pass (from 10:00am to 6:00pm) and Evening Pass (from 4:00 to 11:30pm) open the doors of Blau Punta Reina to you, so that you can enjoy the resort even though you are not staying here. For more information, please refer to our special deals section. Please bear in mind that this service is subject to availability and that the passes are not valid in the high season (June, July and August).
