The Latest News from Blau Porto Petro Hotel

Palma de Mallorca, 10th February 2009. The German automotive manufacturer Mercedes Benz announced today at a press conference before the media of Mallorca why the island, and more specifically the luxurious 5-star, 319-room resort Blau Porto Petro, are the chosen setting for this year's world launch of one of its star products: the new E Class model. This promotional event, which began in early January and will go on until 8th April, will bring more than 280 people from dealerships throughout the world to stay every day at the facilities of this exclusive Mallorcan hotel.

The Blau Porto Petro is one of the top 5-star hotels in Mallorca, and among the few with sufficient capacity to host events of this kind, in terms of rooms, facilities for meetings and conference halls.

In the words of the managing director of Blau Hotels & Resorts, Pablo Servera, "It is a great honour for the Blau Porto Petro, the flagship of our company, to be hosting an event of this scale and importance. Moreover, holding it in the low season has contributed to one of our main goals, that of deseasonalisation."
