Our Executive Chef Alvaro Arbeloa invites you to a culinary discovery tour of our gastronomic highlights in Hotel Blau Privilege Porto Petro.

After graduating from hotel management school in Marbella and London and work experience in different countries, such as China, England, Scotland, Uruguay and Spain, he has formed a team of young and motivated professionals who are at your entire disposal to satisfy your needs and more than meet your expectations.

Since 2006, Alvaro Arbeloa has dedicated himself to personalize each of our four restaurants offering a great variety of high quality culinary specialties.

Thanks to his and his team's experience, Mediterranean and Japanese Theme Days were held in Hotel Blau Privilege Porto Petro which allowed our clients to participate and obtain further knowledge about the different gastronomic cultures.

Gourmet Restaurant GALANI

Galani gourmet restaurant specialises in Mediterranean cuisine carefully prepared with the freshest ingredients. Our extensive wine list and excellent service complement the menu. Galani Restaurant enjoys a romantic atmosphere with beautiful views over the port and Porto Petro bay. The Galani Restaurant only offers à la carte evening meals.

Panoramic Buffet Restaurant RAN DE MAR

Ran de Mar restaurant presents a wide variety of fresh Mediterranean cuisine. Our menu also features international dishes. Watch your dishes being freshly prepared in front of you with Ran de Mar Show Cooking. Ran de Mar restaurant has magnificent sea views.

Japanese Specialty Restaurant MIDORI

Japanese speciality restaurant Midori will transport you to Japan through your taste buds. Our Tepan Yaki prepared by Japanese chef Toshio Tsutsui will make for a spectacular evening. The Midori Restaurant only offers à la carte evening meals.

Guests on half- or full board basis dispose of a special tasting menu in our Japanese restaurant Midori including one free drink. Open from Thursday till Saturday.

Restaurante LA FINCA

"La Finca" is a Spanish specialty restaurant where you can enjoy regional dishes from all our geography as Valencian paella, pata negra hams, tapas and other wonders of Spanish cuisine. It has two spacious open roofed areas with stunning views over the smallest of our coves.

Starlight, Chillout & Cigar Bar ESTELS

Starlight, Chillout & Cigar Bar Estels is a sophisticated bar surrounded by large terraces with panoramic views.
In the Estels bar guests may choose from a selection of classic cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Enjoy a fine cigar while watching one of our live musical acts.

Lobby Bar

Lobby Bar is a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere where guests may enjoy cocktails, a large drinks menu and a selection of snacks.

Pool bars Embat & Llevant

The Embat & Llevant bars are located around the three resort swimming pools. Our pool bars are the perfect place to relax with a drink and snack while enjoying magnificent views of the bay.
