The Hotel Natura Park Eco Resort & Spa (Hotel Natura Park) informs his clients and customers about:
NBKC Hotel Services, N.V., company which markets the selling of rooms of the Hotel Natura Park, signed a room allotment agreement with the company Travel Direct International TDI, SRL (from now on “TDI”), whereby this last company was in charge of room reservations and payments to the hotel for clients which were members of a vacation club offered by this company.
However, it is necessary to clarify that neither the Hotel Natura Park nor its administrator, are linked to TDI and its Club, and are not connected in any way neither corporately nor administratively with this company. TDI is not allowed to represent, to operate or to establish relations in any way in the name of NBKC Hotel Services, N.V. or the name of the Hotel Natura Park.
In fact, we are involved in a lawsuit with TDI due to actions which derivate from its operations made from the installations of the Hotel Natura Park.
Therefore we regret any inconvenience which may have been confronted with TDI. We remain at your entire disposal for any further information you may need.
